To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive the item and complete our inspection, your refund will be processed to your EasyPaisa or Bank Account within 3 to 10 working days. If the issue is on our side, we will cover all delivery charges. However, if you wish to exchange the product for a different design or style, you will be responsible for the delivery charges.

​At trendsmall.pk we are happy to offer Free Shipping all over Pakistan. Once we process your order, it usually takes 5 to 7 working days for your parcel to reach you. Please note that the time we take to prepare your order (processing time) is not included in these delivery days.

​We use trusted delivery services that provide tracking, and in most cases, you will need to sign for the parcel when it arrives. Once you receive our shipping email, it means your order is on its way. For your safety, we only deliver to the address you provided we do not deliver to neighbours or other addresses. Also, if you are not home, we will not leave the parcel outside your door to make sure it stays safe.
