If you receive a damaged or defective item, such as a non-working watch, please don’t worry—we are here to help. You must record a short video while opening your parcel as proof and report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can process your request quickly.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive the item and complete our inspection, your refund will be processed to your EasyPaisa or Bank Account within 3 to 10 working days. If the issue is on our side, we will cover all delivery charges. However, if you wish to exchange the product for a different design or style, you will be responsible for the delivery charges.
